Is there a minimum requirement?
We do require a $8,000.00 ++ minimum (2006 Weddings) for space in our Diamond Ballroom on Saturday nights only. Friday night weddings or weddings booked in our Marquis Ballroom (100 ppl max) do not have minimum requirements.
Do I get a discount for having my reception on a Friday Night?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount for Friday and Sunday night weddings (some restrictions may apply).
Can I get a discounted rate on rooms for my out of town guests?
Of course you can! If you are interested in reserving a block of rooms for your out of town guests or even local friends and family we can set one up for you at a discounted room rate. Ask your catering representative for further details.
I still need a DJ and a Photographer...Can you help me?
Don’t worry! If you need help finding a vendor we can lead you in the right direction. We can refer you to a DJ, cake specialist, photographer, florist or even guide you to a tuxedo store or limo service. If you need any help at all it would be our pleasure to assist you in any way that we can!
Is there a discount if I have my shower here too?
We would love to host your bridal shower and your rehearsal dinner. If you have booked your wedding reception with us, we will honor a discount if you book your shower or rehearsal dinner here too (or both)!!
Additional Information
Deposit and Payments
A non refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve space for your reception. The rest of the monies owed based on the final guest count will be due three business days prior to the reception. Payments can be made with check, cash or credit card. The last payment must be made with either a credit card or cash.
Guarantee Counts
The final guest count will be due three business days prior to the reception. The final amount due will be based on the guarantee count given and can not decrease. Any additional charges that may apply after the guarantee count is given will be processed accordingly.
Ballroom Capacities
Our banquet facility has a total of nine banquet rooms. Our Diamond Ballroom combined of four rooms can hold up to 350 people for a reception and our Marquis Ballroom combined of two rooms can hold up to 100 people.
Price Increases
2007 prices are subject to increase. Please ask your catering representative for more information.
Holidays and Holiday Weekends
We do not offer discounts for any events booked on a holiday or a holiday weekend.
