As one of the area’s most renowned meeting and business destinations, the Holiday Inn Southgate Banquet & Conference Center stands at the forefront with 9,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space. With the guest’s needs in mind, the Conference Center houses 9 individual meeting rooms to service any event from 5–600 people. Our Diamond Ballroom with elegant chandeliers and a newly renovated granite foyer can accommodate 350 people with a dance floor for a Wedding Reception or up to 350 people in classroom style or 600 theatre style for meetings, presentations, or training sessions.
For smaller events or additional breakout rooms, you may prefer our Marquis Ballroom that accommodates 110 for a Banquet or 210 theatre style for a meeting. Dinner Packages: Minimum 100 people
Both packages include: 5 1/2 hour standard open bar, 7 hour hall rental, waiter/waitress, dance floor, setting and cleaning of hall, table linen, china and silverware, linen napkins and centerpieces.

Family Reunion Terms & Conditions: Saturday night dinners are subject to a minimum guarantee. A $75.00 tax and service charge room fee will be applied for set up, clean up and centerpieces. A credit card or deposit is required to hold guest rooms. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure banquet space. The remaining balance and your final attendance are due three business days prior to your function. There is a minimum guarantee count for banquet space. If the count falls below the number, please be advised that additional fees may apply. Banquet pricing does not include current service charge or current state sales tax.

Pizza & Pool Parties
Description: We provide pizza, pop, chips, napkins and plates. You get use Of Downriver’s largest indoor heated hotel pool for up to 3 hours and use of our indoor terrace for up to 1 1/2 hours!
Pizza and Pool Party Terms & Conditions:
- No visitors or chaperones allowed unpaid
- Must call the sales department to book
- A $50.00 deposit is required upon booking
- Guaranteed final count and final payment due 3 business days prior to party
- Sorry, no outside food or beverage allowed with the exception of birthday cakes
- No lifeguard on duty (swimming will be at own risk)
- Pool rules must be obeyed
- Pool cannont be booked separately
- You will not have exclusive use of the pool, hotel guests will have access
